I was in a manufactured home when it was purchased by new clients. Vanderbilt mortgage worked their loan out with them and approved them so they moved in ( from another state ). They subsequently denied their loan and could n't get the people to move out without legal action. Some reason the foreclosure of XXXX is showing on my credit report when it did not have anything to do with me as I was only the previous owner. They have refused to remove the item from XXXX and XXXX in a timely manner.
