Narrative (may be redacted).

XXXX sent numerous letters explaining in there flyer options for a fresh start.Deceptive if you do a short sale you will be responsible for the difference which you will have to pay tax on. Second option for a fresh start Deed-In-Lieu or Foreclosure. Please read accompanying flyer. Looks like same as short sale. Spoke with XXXX at XXXX who understood the reason for my mother 's desicion for deed in lieu or Foreclosure and sent out nessacery paper work Personal Financial Statement, Assets and Liabilities, Income and Expenses, as you can see there is no way she can afford a 3 month trial period @ {$1000.00} a month. She sent back all required documentation. The next time I spoke to XXXX she said they did not receive the information and would send a XXXX pre paid envelope if they did not recieve it by XXXX/XXXX/2016, .The only thing sent was 1 certified letter and 2 in the mail box with the same forms for a modification. My mother received it on XXXX/XXXX/2016. XXXX is either confused our incompetent either way I think my XXXX year old mother with XXXX is being taken advantage of. The only thing short is the protection of seniors.. What a joke when I am told that it 's up to them because they might loose money. Hello they never loose money and if they do then that 's the way it goes when you are supposed to be experts in home buying and selling. This is why tax payers have to bail out all the banks and business 's! Will email copies of documents sent by XXXX and filled out and sent to them
