I was contacted by an unknown number from a man claiming to be a private process, XXXX The claiming private investigator called me multiple times in a row ) I was given a phone number to call ( XXXX ) with a reference number XXXX. I contacted National Recovery Services was transferred to a XXXX XXXX who then said I had a case number- I was never stated the Mini Miranda. XXXX XXXX threatened Legal action stating I had a litigation case in the morning for {$470.00} for an account that was 9 years old. ( payday loan 2006 ). He said that someone would be coming to my house and I had court in the morning and was being sued. I told him I am disputing this debt and wanting validation, he told me its already went to other agencies, its pass that point. He told me I could stay out of court if I paid the Pre-litigation balance. XXXX {$470.00} ) I told him the account would be out of statute, he told me know because I wrote a false check, I told him I wanted to see the validation, I did n't know what this was for. He said he was going to sue me, XXXX XXXX Hung up the call.
