My account with XXXX XXXX was given to XXXX & XXXX Acquisitions the company transferred the file to Atlantic Recovery Solutions, it turns out after they are not licensed in AZ, while the file was in their possession, they pulled my credit without authorization. Atlantic Recovery Solutions threaten on several occasions to take legal actions. So I have filed a complaint with XXXX over not being licensed. I have requested license information and accounting of the account to ensure that my rights were in fact protected under the SCRA. I was XXXX XXXX times during the time in which I had the account.
