Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 25th August 2015.
I have been repeatedly contacted by phone and through the mail by Security Credit Systems Inc in XXXX XXXX about charges from XXXX College in XXXX, XXXX, which I attended under the Trade Act, which covered all tuition, books, fees, and required materials ( in addition I also received XXXX State Grants each semester ). All charges should have been covered by either the Trade Act or the State Grants. I have repeatedly requested information specifying what the charges were for, and received a print out provided by the XXXX which indicated only " XXXX XXXX, '' with no itemized information provided. I recently received a letter from Security Credit Systems Inc which said, in part, " ... Because of your neglect we may be forced to recommend further collection activity. '' I find that statement to be threatening and harassing given that I have repeatedly requested information regarding what the charges are for, but have never received that information, and that is why I am reporting this collection agency.
