I 'm writing to find out about the lawsuit against Freedom Acceptance. I am a veteran who was apparently sued in Virginia by Freedom Acceptance. I was the co-signer on an account for my ex-husband, but since they could not contact him, they froze my bank accounts until I made payment arrangements with them. I am still paying a debt that is n't mine. I just want to know if there is anything that I can do to stop this.
