I have a car loan with American Credit Acceptance and I keep getting reminder payments for another consumer. I want this to stop as it is against CFPB regulations. I have made phone calls and yes they do call me back during working hours when I can not use my phone. When I return the calls I get voice mail. This is what I get sent to my e-mail at work!
