I never received as the summon declares the demand made for payment XXXX days prior to this summon. This is not the truth. I do n't know who Velocity Investment llc never heard of them. I had an auto account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claim I owe XXXX. I do n't owe this, amount this is not accurate. They are sending me to court and never contacted me before this time. XXXX sold them this account. I do n't want to communicate with Velocity or their representation lawyers either. I want XXXX to communicate with me about any debts that they feel I owe them. I sent a letter to Velocity and their lawyers to validate this debt they claim I owe. I do n't owe them anything. I never signed a contract with Velocity or their lawyers.
