Back in XXXX of 2007 my bank account was levied. At first I thought it was because of my child support that was just put into arrears. I filed a motion to have it vacated because the arrears were being paid out of my pay check. When I received all the proper information it was for this debt that I do n't not owe. Now I 'm receiving threatening letters from collectors attorneys.
