XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I owned an XXXX and the problems with the XXXX industry in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and then XX/XX/XXXX had a negative effective on the value of all autos. The XXXX industry requires that you get out of the old autos and replace with new autos yearly. In an effort to save my XXXX I used credit card loans to replace the old autos. In XX/XX/XXXX I could no longer use the credit cards to replace the autos. XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX was forced to file Chapter XXXX bankruptcy to help with all the debt. The credit card debit was listed in the bankruptcy filing. XX/XX/XXXX.I came out of bankruptcy thinking the reorganization and the debt forgiveness would allow me to save my business. Unfortunately this did not happen and I was forced to liquidate my XXXX and close the business XX/XX/XXXX. The auto finance companies were paid all the income from the liquidation and no money was available for unsecured debt. All unsecure debt has been forgiven except for one of the collection agency that has purchase the credit card debit from another collection agency. I have no knowledge and no connection to the collection agency and the debt is now over 11 years old. The collection agency has filed a law suit. I am not in a position to defend myself and I would prefer to not file personal bankruptcy. I was personal liability on the credit card debt.
