I had paid a medical debt, I ask the representative named XXXX if he could send me a statement saying that my debt was paid in full, he 's response was '' yes I will do that, you just have to wait 30 days ". It 's been now more that XXXX moths, I called them several times, and the only thing that he says is that he will send it out. I asked if it was easier he could fax it to me, and he said " yes that will be fine " I gave him the fax #, and until this day nothing has happen.
