Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 21st August 2015.
I decided not to argue about the debt as it was {$110.00}. The issue is she wrote down all XXXX digits of the credit card which is a violation of the XXXX rules and regulations and I am filing a complaint with them. She also wrote down the security code. It is a violation of Federal Law to write down the XXXX digit security code. She refused to provide me with a copy of that form. She admitted that they do this every day.
This business needs to have a surprise visit so they can not hide the violation. Business name and address : Alpine Credit Inc.
XXXX CO XXXXXXXX advise how this illegal practice can be stopped and the business fined?
