received collections notice from Allied Collections agency about ( XXXX ) medical bills. I received this notice on XXXX/XXXX/2015. The letter was dated XXXX/XXXX/2015. My attorney sent dispute letter to collection agency on XXXX/XXXX/2015 one day after I received it. I have attached that letter. They asked for verification and itemized details of the charges. This collections debt showed up on my credit report in XXXX and it showed that it was XXXX reported in XXXX 2015. They had never sent verification of the debt to my attorney before it showed on my credit report and still have not. Their illegal reporting of this debt damaged my credit score and credit rating.
