I am going through a hardship financially and the Bank of America credit card collections people call me almost everyday and twice a day almost every other day. I have explained to them that I will make the payments I can but they insist on me paying a small amount every couple days and said they will keep calling until the payments are made. I have put the main number, XXXX, on an auto reject list so I do n't have to talk with them while I am at work. I am also getting interest added and a late fee to my balance every month, so that is pushing me back farther. Right now, any payments I make are just for the interest and late fees and they wont send me to collections because they want to keep charging me interest, even though I am 3 payments behind already and my account has been involuntarily closed.
