On XXXX/XXXX/15 I received via your website a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions that they were going to remove the Trade Lines from all XXXX credit bureaus. That has yet to be done instead. Debt Recovery has validated the accounts with all Credit Bureau 's XXXX separate occasions which has hit my credit score tremendously. They have verified that this was a new Collection account on XXXX/XXXX/15, XXXX/XXXX/15 and XXXX/XXXX/15 on XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Also on XXXX/XXXX/2015 they again verified the account is valid and it had hit my credit score again. This negative invalid trade line was suppose to be removed as of XXXX/XXXX/15. Now why are they doing the direct opposite of what they are suppose to be doing
