Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 20th August 2015.
Delta Management went through the State of California and garnished my retirement with out any prior communication. They claimed I had signed a loan consolidation through them and I had not. When I ask for proof they would put me off and would not respond to my calls or e-mails. I tried to work with them and they appeared to want to work with me but when I started to comply with their request, they backed off, The process went like this : They were informed and requested for paper work to work with them on a payment plan.
o I complied with every request made.
o I saw on the internet where they were doing things that were not in compliance with the information that was on their website. I inquired about it.
When I inquired, that is when they stop trying to act as if they were working out a plan with and for me.
The XXXX said they are not working for them and they have had a lot of problems with honesty and integrity and they were not representing them.
