This complain covers unlawful representation, communication and improper contact and making threats of illegal action. All of the above. I do n't know how they contacted my family or friends, or how they knew who they were. Several times these people have called several XXXX times a day, and have called my parents and other friends and contacts misrepresenting who they are, stating that I am in legal trouble or other miscellaneous false information they have my ss security number and that I 'm going to be arrested, or some other bogus information to try and obtain information about me. They also state there is legal issues pending and I must call them or report a certain case number to them. This is obviously for some debt of which is invalid and they are threatening family and friends and using scare tactics.
