This saga with XXXX is XXXX commonplace issue XXXX XXXX, their XXXX lawsuit for [ lying ] cheating stealing from their own customer base, does n't magically go away!!!!. XXXX Irrefutable proof } of a problem here. Before I filed a complaint with the govt. and the california XXXX. I argued, complained, confronted there sloppy blunders, they twisted [ obscured ] with weak apologies and promises to correct?! # NEVER happened?! # I do n't need to call anyone XXXX times a month and XXXX about some stupid errors, that should of never happened. NOW, XXXX is circumventing your authority, sent this deceptive bill to 3rd party. ( vantage ) I called and XXXX faxed XXXX them XXXX today ] talked to someone named XXXX XXXX plus XXXX they say the conversation is recorded. I told them I am disputing there fraud and deceit, why they have XXXX tunnel vision ]?! # They told me XXXX has me down as a excellent customer since 2008!!!! Imagine that?! # I filed a grievance with their [ billing ] and sales dept. supervisor for the deceptive sales practice from their XXXX telesales ] _again_ they failed miserably to investigate. Part of this cryptic deceit starts with their salesman [ lying XXXX to me that there [ XXXX tablet ] is {$190.00} no contract!!!! THAT was the only reason I called them in [ first ] place. SIMPLE MINDED QUESTION/ HOW MUCH FOR A LAPTOP [ RETAIL ] __NO CONTRACT____?! # Does it get any plainer than that?! # They send me some junk XXXX tablet with a arbitrary contract XXXX years. Some convenient {$170.00} early termination fee. {$75.00} restocking fee. Outrageous incompetence. I never agreed to any of this or XXXX aware ] of any hidden clauses. I sent this junk back within XXXX days, they manipulated these blunders for XXXX months with there cryptic balance billing, [ before ] I finally got credit XXXX accountability ] for it. Disgraceful!!!! NOW sent this fraud and deceit to a collection agency [ pretending ] they do n't know there is an obvious problem here. I still have [ not ] received my refund and/or credit for there forwarding XXXX cryptic ] balance billing, that I and everyone pays in [ advance ] before you get your service turned on. HOW should this manipulated deception of the facts be treated?! # XXXXbreached_ their own arbitrary contract, with XXXX willful ] fraudulent and deceptive billing practices. Failed miserably in good faith and fair dealing business practices. Customer loyalty, and satisfaction. They are required to eat these billing blunders on good standing, taking responsibility for their outrageous billing blunders!!!!!!!!!!!! I have XXXX lines with them. I cancelled with rage distrust, complete dissatisfaction.
