I attended XXXX for my XXXX, XXXX degree and completed back in 2013. The cost of this degree was over XXXX. I exhausted my federal student loan monies and to complete my degree had to sign a private loan through XXXX which is managed through XXXX ECSI. My monthly payment has gone up to {$320.00} dollars monthly, which does not include my other private loan through XXXX XXXX and my federal loans that are currently being repaid. I have continued to ask for assistance bringing my monthly payments down so I do not default on this particular loan and will get assistance for XXXX months but after that it goes back up to the original amount of {$320.00} per month. I can not afford this kind of money on just XXXX loan and need assistance finding a way to get this monthly payment down. Can you please help me?
