I have a case of identity theft listed on my credit report from XXXX totaling {$350.00}. I disputed this information and it was once removed from my credit report and now the reporting agency has added the charge back onto my report causing my credit score to drop drastically. I did speak with someone at the company and they gave me the address to where the services were set up using my identity and I am familiar with the person that lives at the address. I explained this to the credit reporting agency and they advised that they may be able to help me. I think it is unfair for them to a resubmit the collections after it was removed once before by the credit bureau.. Especially since it is not my debt in the first place.
