I received a collection letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 Notice # XXXX Account # XXXX Installment Payment {$24.00} Payment Plan Balance {$300.00}. This issue was suppose to have been resolved in XXXX approximately 4 months ago, and yet I received another collection notice which is n't for me. The individual is XXXX whom I do not know. I 'm certain in a 4 month period Arnold Scott Harris, Attorneys at Law could utilize better methods of locating the correct individual if need be. This issue was extremely stressful to me 4 months ago, which apparently was all for nothing and time consuming but I still have to do my part to inform this office since I 'd done so prior.
