I hsve just been informed that I have wage garnishments now. I was not informed or properly served about the lawsuit even though they claim they served me. Anytime I have tried to talk to them about this all they will say is that they noted it in my account. I will have to be the one to fix it with a lawyer. This does not sound lefal. They are called wakefield and associates
