Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 12th August 2015.
Tier One continually calls my mother 's phone number with a pre-recorded message directed at my ex-husband of 25 years. I 've spoken with several associates of this company in the past and explained we have no information/contact with him since the divorce and demanded they remove her number. They assured me each time her number would be removed from the call list. This has been going on for the better part of a year.
Just this evening, we got another call at XXXX hours again from a caller I.D . of XXXX, WV and a phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Knowing who it was, I punched ZERO for the operator as soon as the pre-recorded message ( with my ex-husband 's name ) launched at which time a XXXX XXXX picked up the line and I went through my script all over again. He assured me XXXX as others have done in the past ) he would remove my mom 's number from the list. I let him know I was taking names, notes and logging calls and was prepared to file a formal complaint.
