I am an XXXX Service Member in the United States XXXX XXXX. I attended the financial briefing in preparation to separating from the military. Following guidance from the Financial Planning Counselor, I attempted to obtain all XXXX credit bureau reports and my FICO score. I am unable to locate any information when I contact the bureau 's to include FICO score. I was told that I need to create a profile. I am a member of XXXX XXXX, and I have received a score thru XXXX, therefore I am unsure as to why I can not directly obtain from the websites.
