Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 11th August 2015.
Factor Trust Credit Report Agency, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX, had release FALSE information to XXXX potential lenders companies ; consequently, my application for a loan were denied. Factor Trust stated I am employed by XXXX, unknown to me. Also, Factor Trust released FALSE information obtained from XXXX which contains FALSE information including address and phone numbers, and information that are more than 7 years old and not longer are required to be released to others because of the Statue of Limitations. I have faxed all these FALSE information directly to Factor Trust for a prompt remedy since Factor Trust had injured my rights to obtain credit. Other False information released by Factor Trust is from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which are inaccurate. As long Factor Trust continues releasing FAlse information regarding my credit, I believe, FIRMLY, that Factor Trust SHOULD NOT be permitted to conduct this type of business.
