This is actually a dispute complaint to respond to Aqua finance 's response to our latest complaint against them and there colleagues. Aqua finance in there response stated that they are glad I sent pictures, they did n't expound on which pictures and if they are referring to there work trucks you can clearly see there trucks have tx plates. XXXX was using there work trucks to follow me down XXXX just about every day and also when I would leave XXXX driving on XXXX. It seems funny that XXXX is discussing some of the pictures but what about the correspondence between them ( Aqua finance ) and the XXXX that I sent your department? The correspondence clearly shows that Aqua finance like a lot big companies when they get cornered they will lie! Aqua told the XXXX that they do n't have any other company working on our account, that was a lie and if your department have been reading our update complaints you know from reading the documentation that after numerous complaints submitted to the XXXX Aqua finance finally admitted to having a 3rd party company working on our account by the name of XXXX XXXX. Aqua finance also stated to the XXXX that they do n't work in real estate and that they never have and they never will. Another lie if your department reviews there web site you will see not only is Aqua finance involved in real estate, but they are also involved in mortgages, car loans, and personal loans. This is just a short list of Aqua 's business ventures. Aqua has clearly been caught in several lies and it 's on paper! This company and there colleagues have been felony harassing my family for over 4yrs. Aqua illegally sued us without our knowledge and have been trying to force us out of our home for the last 4yrs. We even tried to pay these crooks 3yrs ago and finicial systems of greenbay told us they do n't do written contracts. Finicial systems of greenbay told us they only do verbal contracts and we knew that was n't right. They had 1 of there XXXX ( agents ) damage our sons car so I called the police and I told the officer what has been going on. The officer told me not to pay them because without a contract we have no proof that we have been paying them. I also came to the realization that there ca n't be a contract because the case is supposed to be closed! Once again these companies are caught using illegal practices. Aqua has almost XXXX XXXX complaints that have been submitted against there company and there affiliates. All these victims saying the same thing ca n't be lying. The next time we talk to Aqua will be in court with our lawyer, along with the media and as many of aqua 's victims as we can find to come forward to give there testimonies!
