i have a payday loan which went into collection agency XXXX,XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX , XXXX XXXX, acc # XXXX, monarch file # XXXX.orignal debtor was XXXX XXXX, XXXX check cashing. i settled this debt with them on XXXX/XXXX/2011 and they send me settlement letter. now another debt collection agency debt recovery solutions, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, acc # XXXX is trying to collect same debt from me.they placed the debt on my credit file. i tried to reach out to them but no solution.please help. thanks
