In XXXX 2014, Bank of America permitted a balance transfer from my BOA XXXX to an XXXX XXXX account. The amount was $ XXXX a {$400.00} fee. I did not authorize this transfer nor did I have an XXXX account. BOA refuses no to credit my account or give me any information about this transaction so that I may investigate it myself. Please help. {$10000.00} is a lot of money. Thank you.
