Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 7th August 2015.
My application with XXXX is denied because credit issueI called XXXX customer service- sales to order XXXX lines and after getting information from me the rep asked me to speak to XXXX finance department and transferred me there while the other rep was on the line too. The XXXX finance rep asked me some questions on my finance and identity ( like my addresses n all ). I replied to all correctly, In addition they asked me my relatives personnel information including their birth date and age and so on.
finally rep denied me approve service and told me that you no longer allow to apply next 60 days.I was advised to contact credit agency.
Now I got letter from XXXX and not giving me specific reason for denial my application but ask me to call at Lexis Nexis company, at XXXX.
I dont know what is this company? Is this a fraud comapny?
I tried to call customer service three day 's in a raw, all is recording play and no human answer to my call.
I 'm strongly disputing this decision and would like to know why any company asked me third party personnel information to verify my identity? Why privacy law does not apply to these companies?
