I HAVE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO THE COLLECTIONS AGENCIES TO CORRECT THIS INFORMATION WITH NO SUCCESS. THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE ALSO BEEN SOLD TO NEW COLLECTION AGENCIES THAT ARE REPORTING THESE ACCOUNTS AS NEW ACCOUNTS, WHICH I UNDERSTAND TO BE ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND HINDERING BY ABILITY IN REHABILITATING MY CREDIT AND MY PROTECTION UNDER THE CHAPTER XXXX BANKRUPTCY LAWS.
