HAD TO TAKE IN FOR A DENT IT HAD.PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY NOW THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS WO N'T TURN OFF & IS DRAINING THE BATTERY.I REQUESTED FOR MY CAR TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR DIFFERENT REPS AT CAR MAX INCLUDING 2 MANAGERS & THE CORPORATE OFFICE. IS BEEN SEVERAL HOURS & I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS TO DISCUSS THE MATTER.I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES & THE SALES REP IS AWARE. THIS IS ONLY ADDING UN-Necessary XXXX.
