Aldous and Associates, a law firm in XXXX, Utah contacted me regarding a missed payment to XXXX XXXX. When I talked to them initially, I was n't aware of the missed payment so I told them that I wanted to verify this myself with my local Gym. I was told that I should n't contact XXXX and that if I did n't pay that day, I would owe even more the next time they called. I went to the Gym and paid the missed payment. The Gym even acknowledged that they should have contacted me about the missed payment but had not done so. The next day I got another call which I answered and was treated horribly by a supervisor named XXXX. He threatened me, told me to shut up, yelled at me and was generally rude. I tried to explain to him that I had paid the bill directly with Golds. He hung up on me XXXX times as I tried to explain to him the situation. He told me that he instructed me not to do that and I better pay right away. My husband called to object to the rude phone calls and asked them to stop calling. I continue to get daily phone calls from these people even though I have paid the bill.
