Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 14th August 2015.
On XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX with advance collections bureau in regards to account XXXX creditor XXXX XXXX {$1700.00} I was very confused when I received his call I had no idea what he was taking about I asked XXXX to please provide documentation for what he was taking about he later sent me an email with a move out invoice a lease agreement from XXXX XXXX apartments after I review the information I recognize the account o signed 6 months lease for apartment number XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX apartments in XX/XX/XXXX. 2 weeks into the lease the apartment upstairs cought on fire and I was ask to move out because my apartment had water damage and the roof could collapse. Now a year later I receive a call from a collection agency claiming I have a past due balance with XXXX XXXX apartments for apartment number XXXX please note I never signed a lease for apartment number XXXX. The lease I sign was for apartment number XXXX. Today XX/XX/XXXX I received another email from XXXX with a different amount of {$1000.00} but again no lease agreement for apartment number XXXX. He sent me a copy of the lease agreement for apartment XXXX where it shows clearly that someone changed the number XXXX to a XXXX. Please see images below.
