The California XXXX XXXX has demanded payments since XX/XX/XXXX, of which, any obligations have been barred by the maximum application California Statute of Limitations of four years on a contract debt. Up until last year, XX/XX/XXXX, it sought payment, with alleged interests of 10 % on an old account, in the amount of {$4900.00}. There has been no filing of a lawsuit to which I have been served, nor can I find a record of any judgment against me in this claim.
