Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 6th August 2015.
Called on, XXXX/XXXX/15 @ XXXX, to my home telephone number and numerous other times.
The voice message stated that they were calling as a courtesy to receive my statement in regards to a asset & liability search done on my phone number. To dispute the claim I needed to call their office back at XXXX. Failure to do so would document me a non-cooperative.
I have also received messages tied back to this number claiming that the IRS is suing me and that I need to call immediately.
I believe this is a violation of multiple sections of the FDCPA and I want this to stop. I 'd like to pursue any legal & financial compensation remedies allowed under the law.
