I noticed on my credit report that Second Round LLP has us in " collections '' XXXX from Second Round called me on XXXX/XXXX/15, i did not receive a letter, no verification when he called, he did have some personal information but not exact, he pulled our credit report w/o our consent. He was " fishing '' for info, during his call he THREATENED to take legal action if i did n't agree to pay. He said he would send a verification letter, he never did. He got very hostile when i questioned him. I never heard back until i saw them listed on our credit reports.
