I attended XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NV XXXX, and received a private student loan with payments to be made to XXXX XXXX, during and after completion of my studies. I subsequently learned that my payment obligations have been transferred to Campus Student Funding ( CSF ), as a result of DOE finding XXXX was engaging in bad practices. Furthermore, I came across information that private student loans were to be discounted, yet CSF is still seeking the full original loan amount.
