My bank is Pacific Western Bank at www.pacificwesternbank.com. I am in dispute over {$1200.00} in unauthorized debits from my account, which the bank refuses to recognize, as they will only initiate the dispute is its 60 days or less. I only recognized when my account went into the negative. I want all fraudulent charges disputed nd all funds returned, including any and all NSF or Overdraft fees since the first unauthorized charge/debit occurred. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX CA.
