The original bill was {$930.00} from XXXX XXXX group. I paid {$500.00} to XXXX XXXX group then paid {$100.00} then they sent me to collection and charge me {$240.00} collection agency fee. Then I paid XXXX XXXX group {$160.00} that is when I found out I was in collection and they also charge me this collection agency fee. I contacted the collection agency and submitted all my records and the still refuse to listen. I called again to try and settle and have them adjust the fee they refused
