I had contact them an sent them copies of the payments I made to the XXXX office.The XXXX was a XXXX and I paid him and he still sent me to collection. I contacted the collection agency and sent them records of what was paid and they still say I owe. I called to settle for a lower amount and they still say I owe {$420.00}.
