Complaint #1498150 submitted on 08/01/2015 relating to Quick Click Loans, LLC. Complaint relates to Debt collection Payday loan - Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit.
Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 1st August 2015.
Quickclickloans.com hired an attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ca XXXX to sue me for a loan. I never received notification of being sued. It was not until I had my wages garnished, did I know of this lawsuit. Had to pay out of pocket fees to hire an attorney, get copies of lawsuit paperwork through the XXXX XXXX court, and found that they lied on the document submitted to the court that they had served the lawsuit paperwork to me. They court document indicated they had served me at my place of business ( the address they supposedly served the paperwork at was my parent 's old home address, which I never lived at ), the description of the woman they gave the documents to did not even come close to my appearance, and there was no signature of the person receiving the lawsuit paperwork. This attorney garnished my wages without proper notification of this lawsuit and I want this investigated. My attorney had XXXX XXXX XXXX stop this garnishment immediately after the findings of improper serving of lawsuit paperwork. Are you able to tell me further what my rights are? Is this something I can report to the Attorney 's General Office?
