I have tried to get a copy of the bill sent to me three times and not bill has been received. Also, I am not working due to being XXXX and tried to get a hardship form request to be sent out three times also. The rep 's advise they was going to send these documents on all three calls, but nothing has been received at this time. They have called and harassed me when I have advise them of my situation. I was on a payment plan, but all funds has been exhausted. Today I spoke with a Rep name XXXX who advise me there is no way I can get a hardship due to the payment plan I was on.
