Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 10th August 2015.
I spoke with people from Knights adjustment in Utah about a debt owed to University XXXX Utah XXXX XXXX.
They vioated FDCPA twice by1. Call at or around XXXX XXXX/XXXX/15 when i was speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX when he didnt read a MM to me until after me asking to speak to a supervisor. I was then hung up on.
2.Upon speaking to supervisor XXXX at or around XXXX when verally speaking to him.. XXXX read me a MM without confirming any of my personal information.
XXXX. Avoiding talking to me upon several calls being ignored by them, and several calls being hung up on by them.
Information was released without confirmation of whom they were speaking too, as well as the mini-miranda disclosure was not verbally stated upon initial oral contact after confirming my identity.
Also the lack of respect, and communication from Knights adjustment to myself.
