Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 29th July 2015.
When speaking to Monterey Financial Services, they would not send documentation of what this debt is for. I sent a letter to Monterey Financial Services on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and it was returned with no forwarding address. When I spoke to Monterey again, they would not give me an address to correspond with them. They stated I have to pay this money in order to get any information. They did not care that the company I originally contracted with, XXXX XXXX XXXX, went out of business XX/XX/XXXX ; therefore, there was no service provided for the debt they were trying to collect.
