I am having difficulty refinancing my mortgage because my current mortgage holder will not report it to the credit bureaus. I do not get written or verbal responses when I contact the bank. I have called and written them asking that they please report my mortgage to the credit bureaus so that I can refinance. They seem to be using delay and avoidance tactics to prevent me from refinancing.
