XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. He did not disclose from where he was calling, or representing. I googled the number and it comes up with many complaints and the name " Fidelis '' which is also a large XXXX in XXXX New York - This issue is for a dental bill for which he told me was {$360.00}. I told this XXXX XXXX that we have been in contact with the dental office, and our former insurance carrier about this - that it has been an ongoing issue and not one that we chose to ignore, or not pay. He is bullying, rude, condescending, and threatened me with a lawsuit even after I explained the history. I called my XXXX office, XXXX XXXX XXXX immediately afterwards, and spoke with the office manager who told me that XXXX XXXX has his figures wrong. XXXX his date, and the amount of the bill which is {$100.00}. This begs the question where the other expected {$260.00} would go had we paid this incorrect amount. Right into XXXX pocket.
