This account should have been removed from from reporting agencies in XX/XX/XXXX. This information is being reported differently on all XXXX reporting agencies : XXXX : ACS/XXXX XXXX XXXX / XXXX. Reporting date of first delinquency as XX/XX/XXXXXXXX : XXXX - XXXX / XXXX ACS. Reporting date of first delinquency as XX/XX/XXXXXXXX : ACSXXXX XXXX. Reporting date of first delinquency as 60 days past due as of XX/XX/XXXXACS is telling me that I need to contact XXXX XXXX to resolve this issue. XXXX XXXX is no longer in business. All the numbers for XXXX XXXX ring back to ACS. ACS is telling me that they are not responsible for reporting because they no longer have the account.
