Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Saturday 27th February 2016.
This is the continuation of efforts of the credit reporting agency to increase profits, regardless of verification of item, to ensure that they can continue to evade the required verification, they restrict disputes through their website or other means, while maintaining inaccurate information. The social security administration in 2005 found that they issued the same information and social security number to XXXX liked named information, in such, per the name changed for the record, and thru the SSA, my name is XXXX XXXX. Experian still regardless of the fact that the name listed on my credit report to my social security number, still maintains the inaccurate information, and thereby maintains and lists information on my credit report from the inaccurate person. In their response to dispute they inform that the verification is their paying corporations, and that whether actual verification of not to the true identity, their paying corporations are superior to factual verification. I herein state that if they remove the inaccurate, names that appear to my credit profile, then all the inaccurate credit entries, inaccurate inquiries associated with those names, then all of my credit disputes would be satisfied. Experian avoids compliance by denying consumers the right to dispute, which inofitself violates the standards of fair and accurate reporting. I herein request that they remove all names that do n't verify with my assigned social security number, and all inquiries that are n't associated with my actual name and identity based upon the issued and assigned social security number.
