The credit card company representative told my wife that I have a bill that is past due on XX/XX/XXXX but I have not received a statement of the charges from the credit card company. I need an itemized statement of the charges they are requesting payment for. I do not do computerized statements. I am not sure how much money has been lost or when the loss occurred because I have not yet received a statement of charges.
Secondly, my wife ( XXXX XXXX ) has been authorized on my credit card account for over a year. My wife informed the representative that we have not yet received a statement/bill and requested them while I was driving on XX/XX/XXXX ( see case number : XXXX ).
