I been been late with my payment and tried to get accommodation i was calling them and they said i was to late and now full payment is on demand. They finally told me to try to remodtional my loan and just got the run arond till someone took the time to go over my fininial need. They do n't like to commution via email you have to all and wait XXXX to XXXX mins to get a hold of someone. I reply to the spvr who was in charge of my loan via email and never a reply back. When your in the process of remodation no dept speaks to each and now I 'm getting letters from they mortgage attoney about suing me.
